Framework and operational policies for cooperation with vendors in the marketplace model. Compliant with the EU P2B Regulation, German AML law (GwG) and GDPR.
The English pages mirror the German framework. The formal DOCX/PDF artefacts are currently issued in German as the canonical language; the certified English translation is prepared via the language-neutral clause IDs (BP-XX-YY) and will be published here in a following iteration.
